I tend to gain weight easily if I do not watch myself.

Your BMI is 31 and even if this figure is only an indication, it reflects slight obesity and it would be well, indeed, for your health but also for your well-being, to lose at least 12 kg, and why not ideally lose 20 pounds as you wish.

Knowing that the goal is especially not to take back lost pounds, and more than the weight on the scale, the important thing is to find a harmonious silhouette and feel good about yourself, keeping in tune with your physiology and your metabolism.

My advice ? Give yourself a goal to regain a weight that your body already knows and you have done a long time, it will be much easier for you!

Achieving a workable goal is better for your motivation, the key to success!

To any problem its solution! If you apply a few changes in your diet, you will see your weight go down gradually. The goal is not to restrict yourself too much: a method that can work in the beginning but never in the long run. Give your body what it needs, at the right time of day!

It's like putting fuel in your car. To move forward you need energy! In addition to that, too many restrictions lead to frustration (worse feeling for a good weight loss) and the risk of "cracking" on anything!
